Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our Newark, DE outpatient physical therapy center. You will greet patients, register them, and guide them through visits, while handling appointment scheduling and patient communications.

The role is full-time, 32+ hours weekly, with a schedule that includes two evenings. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, with mandatory onboarding and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.
• Front desk experience preferred (1 year).
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance agencies, translation services, market leaders, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
