Job summary

ProMedica in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator who will be the first point of contact in the practice. You will greet and register patients, answer calls, collect messages, and schedule or reschedule appointments while maintaining the provider's calendar.

You will also assist clinical staff with outgoing calls to patients, pharmacies, or other providers. A high school diploma and one year of customer service or clerical experience are required; associates degree and EPIC EMS

As the first team member a patient interacts with at a physician practice, the Patient Service Coordinator creates a positive, inviting tone.

In this role, you greet and register patients, answer phone calls, take messages and schedule and reschedule patient appointments. You will also maintain the provider's schedule.
