Job summary

ProMedica Central Physicians in Toledo is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to create a welcoming first impression. You will greet and register patients, answer calls, take messages, and schedule or reschedule appointments while maintaining the provider's calendar.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a customer service or clerical setting.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, third party billing and referral procedures.
• 3 years' experience in a clerical or office function.
• 1 year experience in a medical office setting.
