USPI Hyde Park Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Patient Service Coordinator to join our team. The role involves opening the facility on surgery days, handling reception, medical records, estimates, and chart preparation in a fast-paced ENT/Orthopedic/Pain Management setting.

The position requires weekday availability with potential early mornings and some longer shifts based on surgical flow. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years hospital or medical office experience.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission Standards.
• Ability to prepare work areas for high-paced demand.
• Desire to improve the center as a whole.
• Detail oriented with professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, doctors, staff, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
• Open the facility on surgery days and support early morning shifts.
• Assist with medical records, procedure estimates, chart development, and documentation.
• Coordinate with physician offices to obtain required documentation.
• Manage records database and support patient service workflows.
