For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Location: 818 Congress St, Portland, ME
Department: MaineHealth Cardiovascular Surgery – Clinic Practice
Schedule: Monday–Friday, consistent hours | Day shift (7:30 AM - 4:00PM or 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM)
Remote Flexibility: No- onsite only

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting patients during their most important health journeys? MaineHealth is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our Cardiovascular Surgery team in Portland.

In this vital role, you will be the front-line support for patients undergoing open-heart surgery, assisting them through pre-op testing, surgical scheduling, and post-op appointments. Our surgeons rely heavily on their PSCs , and you’ll play a key role in keeping care moving forward.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage complex scheduling and coordination for patient appointments and procedures

  • Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and providers

  • Provide administrative and clerical support within a fast-paced clinical environment

  • Help maintain continuity of care through excellent communication and attention to detail

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a patient services setting

The pay range for this position is $21.09to $27.12 per hour.
