The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of healthcare or customer service experience, and strong typing, organization, and critical-thinking skills. Hours are Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends and Saturday morning shifts.

Hourly Pay Range: $20.29 - $29.42 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30 am- 5:00pm

• Rotating Weekends: Rotating
• Saturdays: 8:00 am -12:00 pm

What you will need

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience & Skills: Typing Requirement: 30-35 wpm Minimum one year of Phone Room, healthcare or customer service experience
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

What you will do

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties and responsibilities within the scope of one service line or specialty. Responsibilities include obtaining and entering demographic information into the registration system, verifying insurance coverage, sending communications to RN staff as requested, and scheduling/canceling, rescheduling office visits.
