Endeavor Health in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative for a full-time on-site role. You will register patients, verify insurance, and coordinate scheduling with RN staff across multiple ambulatory sites.
Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with rotating weekends and free parking. Required are a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year in a healthcare or customer-service role, and typing 30–35 wpm plus strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
Hourly Pay Range: $20.29 - $29.42 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties and responsibilities within the scope of one service line or specialty. Responsibilities include obtaining and entering demographic information into the registration system, verifying insurance coverage, sending communications to RN staff as requested, and scheduling/canceling, rescheduling office visits.
