Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator in Kettering, OH. Training occurs onsite, then the role transitions to remote work with a Monday–Friday evening and weekend schedule.
You will support field staff by scheduling visits, ensuring compliant care plans, and maintaining timely communication with patients and caregivers. We value compassionate communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm | Holiday Rotation Will be Discussed by Manager Training is Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:00pm at our Kettering, OH location for 4-6 weeks then you will transition to remote.

As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, the work you do every day makes a difference in the lives of our patients by assisting the field staff provide exceptional care by scheduling visits according to protocol. All patients’ and field staff inquiries or concerns are addressed courteously and promptly adding to the overall outstanding patient experience.
Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude. Patience is a virtue when working with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers. Attention to detail is critical, as is being observant and following directions. Problem solving and create solutions to drive to a course of action.
High-School graduate or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred. At least one year of experience in the Health Care industry and experience in home care is desirable. Capable of all physical demands. #INDASHN3 We’ll help you put your passion for patient care to work.
