Providence ElderPlace in Redmond, WA is seeking a Patient Scheduler to manage appointment scheduling and dispatch transportation for participants to and from medical visits. This office-based, non-clinical role supports our mission of patient-focused care.

Job Description

The Patient Scheduler is an office-based, non-clinical position responsible for scheduling appointments and dispatching transportation to ensure Providence ElderPlace participants are transported to and from scheduled medical appointments.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in English, Business administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years dispatching transportation and/or scheduling medical appointments.
