Max Health in Huntsville, AL is seeking a full-time Patient Sales Coordinator to join our team. You’ll guide patients through care options, present solutions per doctors' recommendations, and help them understand financial options while building trust.

This role emphasizes relationships, health and wellness, and a positive patient experience. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with a lunch break 1:00 PM–2:00 PM, yielding a three-day weekend each week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Genuine interest in chiropractic, holistic health, wellness, or natural health care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to discuss financial information professionally.

SCHEDULE & PATIENT EXPERIENCE

As a Patient Sales Coordinator, you'll help patients navigate their care from consultation through their wellness journey. You'll address questions and concerns, present solutions aligned with doctors' recommendations, and have meaningful conversations about financial considerations. Through professionalism, empathy, and relationship building, you'll help patients feel confident in their care decisions.
