Charlotte Behavioral Health Care in Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking a Full-time Lead Behavioral Health Technician to monitor safety on a 24/7 unit and respond to crisis with de-escalation techniques. You will work under supervision with adult and adolescent patients, documenting S&R events and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
