The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of healthcare or risk management experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience: 3 years in a healthcare position with direct patient/family interactions or 3 years in risk management with regulatory oversight.
• Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations of the Patient Relations team across modalities.
• Reviews and analyzes patient/visitor complaints for escalation to grievance.
• Guides investigations into grievances including interviews, chart reviews, and debriefings.
• Ensures timely acknowledgments and resolutions per policy.
• Maintains data entry to track trends and outcomes in the system.
• Collaborates with leadership to identify areas needing improvement.
