Job summary

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Safety Partner to join the Nursing Resource Pool. The role supports a safe hospital environment for patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, agitation, or other behaviors, across multiple units.

Flexi hours with rotating shifts; requirement include high school diploma, BLS within 90 days, and completion of Safety Partner training. Prior healthcare exposure preferred; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Prior healthcare experience or enrollment in a health science program strongly preferred.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• De-escalation and physical intervention training within 30 days of hire.
