You will conduct safety checks, report changes to the RN, maintain a clean environment, assist with daily care, and respond calmly in emergencies while upholding high reliability and patient-centered care.

This role requires effective communication, critical thinking, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work with accuracy and sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient safety and environment and report concerns to RN.
• Assist with hygiene, comfort, and safety needs of patients.
• Communicate with patients, gather observations, and document in the medical record.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain composure according to policies.
