Saint Francis Hospital is seeking a Patient Safety Attendant (PSA) to provide continuous visual observation of assigned patients and to verbally redirect at-risk behaviors. You will document interactions, maintain confidentiality, and work with nursing staff for safe patient care.
Responsibilities include ADL assistance, rapid response to changes in patient condition, and maintaining isolation precautions when needed. This role supports a mission-driven team in a Level 1 trauma center setting.
