Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the 12 Hour Day Shift on a part-time basis. The role involves assisting physicians and caring for patients across a variety of conditions, with duties including patient transport, ADL support, and specimen collection.

At Saint Francis Hospital the Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting physicians while providing exceptional treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a Connecticut approved Nurse Aide Training Program preferred or in process of earning a BA in Nursing OR Health Sciences with at least one clinical completed OR significant previous healthcare related experience Proof with college transcript required OR have significant nurse assistant/healthcare related experience is required
BLS certification required
Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant in an acute care setting preferred
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
