Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking a Patient Safety Attendant to monitor patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm. You will observe, report concerns in real time, and support the care team to keep patients safe and comfortable throughout your shift.

This role emphasizes protecting patient privacy, accurate documentation, and collaboration with nurses and clinicians. Qualifications include BLS within 30 days, nonviolent crisis intervention within 90 days, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of employment start date
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Safety Attendant, you will play a vital role in protecting patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm. You will closely monitor their physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns in real time - empowering the care team to respond quickly and helping care for and improve lives one moment at a time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well‑being

What qualifications you will need:
