Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 6 months food service experience preferred, especially in hospitality with customer service emphasis.
• License/Certifications: Food Handler's Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver patient and guest trays to patient rooms.
• Maintain assembly area cleanliness and pre-service quality checks.
• Ensure adequate food and supply par levels for service.
• Assemble and deliver trays following Room Service guidelines within time targets.
• Support patients and staff with Room Service orders and questions.
• Assist with pre-meal service tasks and opening packets for patients.
• Move and clean Room Service tray carts and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and safety standards.
