Qualifications

• Manage nursing unit bulk nourishment inventories, including ordering, delivering and rotating.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in work areas.
• Relay identified problems to Supervisor and follow directions.
• Be flexible with schedule times and support related kitchen/dish room tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of nursing unit bulk nourishment inventories including ordering, delivering, and rotating.
• Keep the unit nourishment kitchens tidy and in compliance with sanitation policies.
• Uphold all DHEC/DNV regulations regarding food safety and patient identification.
• Relays identified problems to Supervisor and supports the Room Service line as needed.
• Complete any other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Coordinator, Lead or Management.
