Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3+ years of work experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions on logs, sanitation, and infection control.
• Computer knowledge and data entry capability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients on orders based on prescribed diet.
• Process and communicate diet orders, tube feedings, and nourishments.
• Enter patient information and orders into CBORD.
