• Maintain flooring care: cleaning, buffing, sealing and finishing.
• Operate power equipment and hand tools (buffers, auto brooms, mops, squeegees).
• Provide waste collection/removal including biomedical waste and recycling.
• Restock supplies and manage bed tracking as needed.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
