Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Customer service driven and responsive to patients and staff.
• Ability to use a phone/paging system for cleaning assignments.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and sanitizing in patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Maintains flooring care: cleaning, buffing, floor sealer and finish; vacuums and shampoos carpets.
• Operates power equipment and hand tools (buffers, auto brooms, mops, squeegees).
• Provides waste collection and removal including biomedical waste and recyclables.
• Restocks supplies (toilet paper, towels, soap) and assists with bed tracking.
• Reports maintenance or repair needs to management.
