Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Strong understanding of CPT4/HCPCS and payer updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing, cash posting and collections operations.
• Manage AR resolution and denials with providers and payers.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and HIPAA rules.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly revenue cycle reports.
