Guidehouse is seeking a Manager of Payment Posting in San Antonio to lead the Patient Financial Services team responsible for billing, cash posting, and collections in a hospital revenue cycle.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal rules, generate KPI reports, and partner with IT and payers to optimize aging AR and reimbursement. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, including 2 years in people management. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in people management in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Strong knowledge of CPT4, HCPCS, and Revenue Codes.
• Experience with Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PFS staff in billing, posting, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal rules, and HIPAA.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly reporting packages.
• Drive KPI improvement and reduce aged AR.
• Collaborate with IT and payer vendors to resolve issues.
