CRBillMaxis looking for an experienced ABA Insurance & Billing Specialist who willbe responsible forverifying insurance benefits and securing prior authorizations for organizations delivering ABA therapy and related services through theCentralReachplatform. The ideal candidatepossessesa deep understanding of insurance policies,strong communicationskills, and experience in medical billing and authorizations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Patient Billing & Invoicing:
• Generate and send patient invoices for copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Process patient payments andassistwith payment plans when necessary.
• Address patient billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Communication & Compliance:
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance portals, payer policies, andCentralReachworkflows.
• Follow standardized workflows to support billing and revenue cycle processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Insurance Verification & Benefits Coordination:
• Verify insurance benefits and coverage for ABA therapy and ancillary services.
• Accurately document all verification details, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts.
• Communicate coverage details and authorization requirements to providers.
• Prior Authorizations:
• Obtain and track prior authorizations for ABA and ancillary services.
• Follow up with insurance companies toexpeditedelays and resolve authorization issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Base Salary Range

$45,000 - $45,000 USD
