The Patient Resource Specialist is a key member of our team, working closely with patients to identify their needs, educate them, and provide information about programs and resources.

The Patient Resource Specialist reviews insurance benefits and financial responsibilities with patients, educates them, and enrolls them in qualifying financial resource programs and insurance plans. This role requires ensuring patients understand their insurance benefits and being able to answer questions regarding financial concerns.
Our ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a thorough understanding of healthcare systems to advocate for and support patients throughout their care journey. A solid foundation in insurance, healthcare policies, benefits, and resource programs is essential. We seek someone with at least 2 years of experience working with insurance and benefits in a similar role, approaching problem-solving and patient education with positivity and professionalism.
The Patient Resource Specialist will work remotely from a home office with a secure network. Travel with Vivo equipment is not permitted. Candidates must reside in the following states at the time of employment:
