Job summary

Prenuvo seeks a Patient Resolution & Complaints Administrator to own the end-to-end complaint lifecycle. You will intake concerns, log them in a central system, triage and investigate, and coordinate with clinical, finance, and operations pods to deliver compassionate resolutions.

You will act as the patient-facing liaison, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and meticulous documentation while protecting backend specialists from interruptions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in patient advocacy, healthcare operations, customer resolution, or escalations/complaints role.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end complaint intake from multiple channels and log into centralized system (PHP).
• Triage, investigate root causes, and coordinate with clinical, finance, legal, and operations pods for timely resolutions.
• Maintain patient communication, provide clear next steps, and document outcomes in PHP.
