Our Surgical Office is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families throughout every stage of life. As part of an exciting growth initiative, our expanded location will now offer urgent care services, a new acute walk-in clinic for same-day healthcare needs, and enhanced collaboration among providers and clinical teams. This integrated approach allows patients to access comprehensive, high-quality care in one convenient location while creating new opportunities for teamwork, innovation, and exceptional service. As a Patient Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience.

How you'll contribute

A Patient Representative who excels in this role:

  • Performs receptionist, registration, and clerical duties.
  • Ensures that all necessary patient demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Verifies insurance benefits and obtains precertification/authorization as necessary. Determines and accepts required payments, including co-pays and deductibles.
