Ivy Rehab Network in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking a Patient Representative to join our full-time team. This role supports clinicians and staff, greeting patients, scheduling, & insurance verification to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Ivy Rehab Network’s multi-disciplinary care network including PT, OT, speech therapy, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.
