Job summary

Ivy Health in Fort Lee, NJ is hiring a Full-Time Patient Coordinator to support clinics and enhance patient experience. You will greet patients, check-in, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and assist new patients to keep our operations running smoothly.

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients, and manage front-desk flow.
