Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas in Little Rock seeks an entry-level revenue cycle assistant to ensure accurate data collection and input for billing and patient accounts.

You will contribute to improved patient satisfaction, maintain productivity standards, and assist with training new staff or implementing new processes.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year related experience or an associates/bachelor's degree in healthcare, plus strong customer service and computer skills.
