Job summary

Culture Collective in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a warm, polished Patient Relations Coordinator to own the patient relationship from first impression through long-term loyalty across Beauty Culture and Cultured Wellness.

You will manage all leads, nurture convert and re-engage patients, drive membership enrollment, and keep CRM data accurate to maximize patient lifetime value. This is an on-site role in a luxury wellness environment with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a luxury medical, aesthetics, or high-end wellness environment.
• Proven track record converting and reactivating patients through timely outreach.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills with ability to close and grow patient value.
• Comfort with scheduling, CRM, EMR, and marketing automation systems.
• Highly organized and self-directed with an ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient relationship from first impression to long-term loyalty across Beauty Culture and Cultured Wellness.
• Manage all leads across Beauty Culture and Cultured Wellness, from inquiry to booked and completed appointments.
• Execute the lead conversion sequence—calls, texts, and emails that nurture inquiries with automated campaigns.
• Reactivate and recapture of lapsed and inactive patients.
• Drive membership enrollment, service education, and long-term retention.
• Maintain CRM and cadence tracking, ensuring patient data is accurate, current, and actionable.

Culture Collective is a wellness collective in Metro Detroit, home to Beauty Culture (aesthetics), Cultured Wellness (functional medicine), Nova Culture (longevity care), and Cultured Connect (telehealth). We're looking for a warm, polished, and driven Patient Relations Coordinator to own the patient relationship from first impression through long-term loyalty across Beauty Culture and Cultured Wellness.

About the Role

This is the seat that makes every patient feel known, informed, and valued — while owning the leads and cadences that move patients forward. You'll be the trusted point of contact who follows up after treatments, anticipates recurring needs like neurotoxin appointments, converts prospective patients into active ones, and re-engages those who've lapsed. The same relationship work that builds trust is what drives conversion, retention, and patient lifetime value. Day-to-day front desk operations stay with our PCC team; this role is all about the relationship and the growth.

What You'll Own

• The quality, warmth, and consistency of the patient experience from first impression onward
• All leads across Beauty Culture and Cultured Wellness, from first inquiry through booked, completed appointments
• The lead conversion sequence — a multi-touch series of calls, texts, and emails that nurtures new inquiries alongside our automated campaigns
• Reactivation and recapture of lapsed and inactive patients
• Membership enrollment, service education, and long-term retention
• CRM and cadence tracking, keeping patient data accurate, current, and actionable

What You Bring

• 2+ years in a luxury medical, aesthetics, or high-end wellness environment, ideally spanning both patient coordination and sales/growth
• A proven track record converting and reactivating patients through timely, intentional outreach
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills, with the ability to close and grow patient value appropriately
• Comfort with scheduling, CRM, EMR, and marketing automation systems
• Highly organized and self-directed, with strong follow-through and an ownership mindset

Bonus points for working knowledge of skincare, injectables, aesthetic treatments, and wellness or regenerative therapies, and experience supporting membership programs.
