Job summary

HCA Healthcare's TriCities Hospital is seeking a Patient Registrar PRN to support patient registration with accuracy and care. You will interview patients for account information, verify insurance, and collect required signatures.

This role requires strong customer service, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work every other weekend 2pm-10:30pm; prior related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain account information and insurance details.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
• Process patient charts and signatures.
