Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to input data into EMR and scheduling systems.
• Professional communication via phone.
• Typing and basic computer use.
• Experience with patient referrals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a busy outpatient clinic.
• Schedule appointments and tests for pediatric and adult patients.
• Answer phones and provide clerical support.
• Prepare orders, distribute patient charts and update information.
• Balance monies and prepare daily activity reports.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients ages newborn through geriatric.
