Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and correctly.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused with care and compassion.
• Navigate insurance plans and coverage details with training.
• Support clinical staff during urgent care moments while maintaining patient rapport.
