Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in clerical work, medical terminology, medical office settings, registration, or billing preferred.
  • Familiarity with word processing and computer applications desirable.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Job Description Summary

Job Description
Education
  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Experience
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in clerical work, medical terminology, medical office settings, registration, or billing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with word processing and computer applications is desirable.

Pay Transparency

$16.50 - $24.82

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
