Job summary

GulfShore Endoscopy Center in Naples, FL is hiring a Registration Representative on a full-time basis. The role includes front desk reception, medical records management, patient admission, and processing paperwork.

You will handle insurance verification, collect payments, and support daily office operations with professionalism. Under the Business Office Manager, you will maintain accurate demographics, uphold Joint Commission standards, and promote positive relations with patients and staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of hospital or medical records experience.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission Standards.
• Ability to adhere to hospital financial and admitting policies.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork.
• Update patient demographics in the system.
• Collect monies due and document in the billing system.
• Handle funds per office procedure.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain/secure medical records per guidelines.
