Job summary

Grace Medical Center in Baltimore (LifeBridge Health system) seeks a patient registration and scheduling clerk to handle outpatient registrations, scheduling, and medical records duties. You will collect copays and ensure accurate records while delivering outstanding service to patients.

The role requires at least 1 year of medical registration experience, with 3+ years preferred. High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in medical registration required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• High School / GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a complete registration of patients.
• Provides routine and follow‑up appointments for patients.
• Collects fees and copays in accordance with cash and collection policies.
• Pulls and refiles records, files loose reports and other documents in the records, performs file maintenance in the file area.
• Ensures that all customers receive exemplary service.
