Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and one year of related experience required.
• Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally by phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, act as first point of contact.
• Schedule appointments and tests for pediatric and adult patients.
• Answer phones and provide clerical support to staff.
• Prepare orders, distribute patient charts, and update information.
• Collect and balance monies, prepare daily activity reports.
• Assist patients with needs and respond to inquiries.
