• Strong communication skills to handle calls and interruptions while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic, financial, and insurance information.
• Screen patients prior to services and manage co-pays; refer Self Pay patients to financial services when needed.
• Enter data accurately and ensure prompt service; act as liaison for ancillary departments.
