The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. Training on the RIS system and CPT codes is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of radiology terminology and CPT codes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for radiology procedures, addressing questions and ensuring comfort.
• Verify insurance coverage and patient demographics; ensure paperwork is complete.
• Collect account payments and handle routine administrative tasks.
• Navigate RIS system and perform document scanning; keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow HIPAA privacy and security policies.
