LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a patient registration specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a healthcare organization in Avon, IN. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and collect copays while delivering courteous, professional service.

This role offers multiple shifts, 40 hours per week, and a benefits package. Prior office, food service, or retail experience is preferred, with strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer-oriented candidate for a contract-to-hire Patient Registration opportunity with an excellent healthcare organization located in the Avon, IN area!

What You'll Be Doing

• Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
• Maintainingprofessionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
• Facilitatingcopay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
• Managing patient flow from thepoint of entry to destination.

Work Hours (Multiple Options Available):

• 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends
• 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM M-F
• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM M-F

Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
