Responsibilities

• Bedside registration utilizing carts/computers on wheels.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certification/authorization as needed.
• Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
• Ensure signatures for treatments are obtained.
• Process patient charts according to paperwork flow and productivity standards.
• Gather identifying and demographical information with insurance details from patients/relatives.
