Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interview patients at workstations or bedside to obtain all necessary account information and complete bedisde registration.
• Provide exemplary customer service to patients and families.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-certification/authorization as needed.
• Calculate and collect patient responsibility amounts.
• Process patient charts according to workflow and productivity standards.
