Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients at workstations or bedside to obtain all necessary account information.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure charts are completed and accurate.
• Verify all insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
• Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
• Secure all signatures necessary for treatments and payment of services.
• Understand and explain policies regarding services, pricing, insurance billing, and payment of account.
