Job Description

The Patient Registrar will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring accurate registration, exceptional customer service, and efficient front- desk operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth patient flow and supporting emergency department operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
• Register patients at the front desk and within the emergency department

• Obtain required signatures and ensure completion of all registration documentation
