Job summary

AICA Orthopedics, Atlanta’s premier orthopedic and injury care network, is seeking a Patient Outreach Specialist in Marietta, GA. This on-site role focuses on reconnecting with patients to book their first visit, handling questions, and driving appointments through calls, texts, and emails.

You'll work a daily list of cases, aiming to meet monthly targets while coordinating with attorneys and insurance resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume call center, patient access, patient scheduling, or intake role.
• Proven track record against call, conversion, or scheduling goals and numbers.
• Healthcare, medical scheduling, or personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with attorney referrals or insurance coordination is a plus.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and guiding hesitant people through concerns.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM or scheduling system.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high data-entry accuracy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach out daily to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email and schedule them into the right clinic.
• Follow a set follow-up schedule for patients you don’t reach or who don’t schedule on the first contact.
• Hit daily call targets and monthly appointment goals.
• Coordinate with attorneys and insurance resources as needed.
• Log all interactions in Salesforce accurately and keep the call list current.
