Finney's Institutional Pharmacy is seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate Patient Enrollment & Care Coordination Specialist to join our pharmacy team in North Canton, OH. This role will onboard new patients, coordinate enrollment activities, and guide patients through the pharmacy workflow from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, provide exceptional customer service, maintain confidential patient

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in medical/pharmacy settings and knowledge of HIPAA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients, providers, and caregivers with enrollment questions.
• Make outbound calls to patients, physician offices, insurers, and referral sources.
• Enter patient information into internal systems accurately and coordinate enrollment from intake to onboarding.
• Guide patients through pharmacy processes and explain next steps clearly and professionally.
• Maintain confidential patient records and ensure timely processing of referrals and prescriptions.
