Alomere Health is seeking a Patient Sitter to provide close observation across pediatric to geriatric patients. The role requires staying with patients, reporting condition changes to nursing staff, and performing related duties in a professional manner.

The shifts include 7:00 am–3:00 pm, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm–7:00 am, with flexibility to department needs. Candidates should have healthcare exposure and a strong commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct observation of patients as directed by the nursing staff and never leave the patient alone or out of sight unless instructed by the nurse.
• Report changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate supervisor and other staff members.
• Perform all other related duties in a professional and responsive manner.
• Ability to meet work schedule requirements with flexibility to department needs.
