Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro, AL, is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to deliver and retrieve patient meal trays and provide individualized assistance to patients. You will participate in Hospitality Rounds and nourishment services to support patient comfort and recovery.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to identify patients and maintain confidentiality, and adherence to sanitary standards in accordance with federal, state, and JCAHO

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in food service required with health care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Must be knowledgeable of and able to follow the standards of federal, state and regulatory agencies and JCAHO for sanitation, food preparation and handling.
• Must be able to properly identify patients and maintain confidentiality
